I found him honest, straightforward and very pleasant. I knew I was not going to be disappointed by a 600 mile drive to buy a Jeep I could not test drive nor see in advance. Bob met me as scheduled and everything he said about the vehicle and process was proven to be just so. I don’t always buy for the best price (this deal beat my local dealer by $2,500).
