He was very passionate with me and made sure that everything was covered before the final signing of the car. Even dealing with Cole and Josh was an essay process and both were easy to work with. If I am still in the area I will be going back for my next vehical. For the car itself, it was exactly what I was looking for and the price was right and runs awesome. There was only one hidden problem with car which I am certain will get worked out. More

Great prices! Trade in is trade off. Found their peices on Souls to be cheaper than anyone around. I bought a new and a used one from them. The car i had to trade had 2 accidents on the carfax, which was wrong, but they offered $250 less than what i owed on the car. Sales guy said ok, when i looked harder at the financing contract, after i purchased, they charged me the difference on the loan. That was all i really have to complain about. Fell Short of expectations I called service because the rear wiper on my Tahoe was not working. While it was in I also wanted an oil change and tire rotation. I explained to the person I spoke to that I would need a loaner while my vehicle was being worked on because I may need to travel to local sites for my job and was told that would not be an issue. I show up first thing in the morning to drop my car off and I am told that they do not have any record of a loaner being requested, they have no loaners and will not have any available for over a week and a half. That if I need a loaner then I will need to reschedule the appointment. I didn't want to reschedule so I settled for a ride from shuttle. Waited 20 minutes for shuttle to come get me. Luckily I was able to reschedule my local travel for a different day. When my Tahoe was done I was on the phone so got a voicemail that it was done. About 15 minutes later I received another phone call that my vehicle was undrivable as there was an issue discovered in the fuel system and they would need it for a couple more days. Luckily I questioned this only to find out that they were calling the wrong person. A simple mistake I will admit but really shot my blood pressure up. More
