As a senior citizen, I have to say that the process of turning in my leased 2015 Malibu and then searching for a new vehicle to lease was easy. This is my second purchase from salesman Donny Abboud Jr. Donny is a good listener and quick to problem solve if one choice does not work out (financially). Donny's suggestion was looking at the Kia Optima in a gorgeous blue. It had all the equipment I wanted (and then-some) and the monthly payment was within my budget. I shook hands and signed the lease. I have always been happy with the service and treatment at Jeff Belzer's the past 3 years. I have no complaints - not even one person was ever rude to me! He took extra time and went the extra mile for me to help test drive many cars and help me make the decision for me. Once I was finalized with the car, Michael helped me lease the car with Kia. I don't have the best credit and I was nervous I might not even get approved or get the payment I needed. Michael made sure I get the payment I wanted and he haggled with Kia for a long time on phone to make sure they agree to the terms and they certainly did. I would say one of the best dealerships I have been to and would most definitely recommend them. More
