Jessica was the best finance person I've ever worked with at a car dealership. She was very warm and our interaction felt more like a conversation, rather than her just going through the motions. I especially loved that they have people, in my experience it was Donnie, who take you out to your new vehicle, help you set up OnStar, and go over the features. Donnie was patient as I figured out the Chevy app on my phone and asked multiple if I had any additional questions. He even went as far as to find me a phone charger when mine had died; I thought that was very considerate and went above and beyond. More
