Bob helped us identify exactly what we wanted and found the perfect vehicle at a dealership out of state. He then got the vehicle for us and gave us the same price as the original vehicle we had intended to purchase. The purchase process was handled by Josh Heimkes, who was very informative, transparent and easy to deal with. Finally, when we got the vehicle, Tyler Grubb did a great job introducing the family to all of the new technology offered on our new vehicle. In addition to the great purchase experience, I'm convinced that we got a better deal on a very popular vehicle than we could have gotten anywhere else in the midwest. And then Donny, introduced his son, Donny, while Jr. (dad) went off to locate the vehicle. Look, we all know that buying a car can be scary, time consuming and worse; not in this case. They found the car, I took it for a test drive and 5 hours later; signed, sealed and "delivered"; my Equinox sits in my garage. I used there chat option and set up an appointment for the following Monday. Received a call from Justin Englin Monday morning to confirm. Showed up and Justin was ready with the vehicle and 2 1/2 hrs later my wife and I went home in a new Kia. Great service-Justin was awesome to work with and I would highly recommend him. A local credit union had incredible financing that beat anything we found on the internet, and Belzer's finance guy was able to meet that rate, which made the entire buying process a lot easier as he had all the paperwork in order and all we had to do was sign everything. The delivery coordinator was very efficient, knowing that we wanted to drive our new vehicle right away, but also making sure we knew everything we'd need to know about it. More

Excellent service! I brought my Kia into the service center for a full day of recalls and an oil change. Turns out I needed more work done (brakes were shot, tires neede I brought my Kia into the service center for a full day of recalls and an oil change. Turns out I needed more work done (brakes were shot, tires needed replacing). Evan took the time to patiently explain everything in detail and was kind. He understood that I wanted to shop around for prices and he wasn't pushy at all. As I pulled away, I noticed the brakes were squeaking. I mentioned it to Evan and he went the extra mile to make sure my brakes were taken care of and the squeaking was fixed at no additional charge to me. Plus they lent me a car to use while repairing the brakes. I'm very impressed with the service I received! More
