I told Joby what I wanted, he made it happen! My wife and I stopped in just looking at new Caravan, no intention to buy that day. While looking in the lot Joby stumbled upon us and started helping My wife and I stopped in just looking at new Caravan, no intention to buy that day. Within a week Joby called me back and said he has a deal that meets our needs. So I scheduled time to come back to the dealer, he even went out of his way to pick me up from the bank down the street after I sold our old van! Now that was customer service. Joby was upfront and honest, I was in and out with our new van in less than hour and a half. Thank you!! More
