2018 Dodge Ramp Big Horn. Just wish inventory was up to day - that was frustrating. In the clean up - well re removed items like rubberbands and couple other items and we missed the left over part of a stock which will be removed when we go to dealer when items we are adding are due to come in. Good product at good price I was driving a 2013 Optima EX with all features on it and needed to get a newer vehicle. I wanted the same EX package with all the features on a 201 I was driving a 2013 Optima EX with all features on it and needed to get a newer vehicle. I wanted the same EX package with all the features on a 2018 and found out that I could no longer get the heated steering wheel or heated rear seats in the EX. Living in Minnesota you want these features since I park outside daily. I would have to step up to the SX Limited with turbo that I did not want and pay $4700 more to get these two features. This does not seem right. I had looked at another Kia dealer, did not like that particular location so I went to another Kia dealer. I went in and when we went out for the test drive, I asked the salesperson to have my trade in checked over while on the drive. I was told we can do that later. We decided on a vehicle and then they checked out mine. From beginning to end, I was in the dealership 4 hours. This just seems excessive to purchase a vehicle. Not sure if their idea is that the longer you are there, the more likely you are to buy, but 4 hours is just too long. More
