He suggested that we try this dealership. (And he researches everything!) They had just bought a Kia weeks prior and a very good experience. Jason Wolske was the first person we met. People actually greeted us as we walked thru the door! Jason asked us what we were looking for, price etc. Checked his inventory, found a Kia sorento in the inventory, test drive it, got the financing, and done. They were extremely helpful and were very conscious of our budget and worked hard My wife and I had a great experience working with the Belzer's team. One thing the team could improve on when looking at peoples budgets, is don't forget to estimate in taxes when working to a monthly budget. That is something that surprised us at the end, because we don't do this everyday. We were using the sticker price to guide us, not final price. This wasn't a deal breaker, just something that would help mitigate surprises at the very end of the purchase. Diego was open and honest with us throughout the process. We would highly recommend Jeff Belzer's to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and friendly staff. More

We worked with Diego Acevedo as our sales rep, with Adam Engdahl stepping in to assist us when we stopped in last minute outside of Diego's schedule. Both were the nicest of gentleman, incredibly friendly, down to earth, accommodating, and truly listened to our wants and needs for what we were looking for in a vehicle that would also match our budget. Tim Tichich was our Finance Director and made the process of financing our vehicle as painless as possible. The financing part of purchasing a new vehicle can often be incredibly stressful and overwhelming but he went to work for us, got us a great deal, and made everything very easy to understand. Scott Haworth went over accessories with us and was super professional, knowledgeable and low-pressure and Ethan Orrey who was our Delivery Coordinator, was such a fun and pleasant person and made driving away in my Jeep even more exciting and stress free!
