He answered all my questions honestly, professionally and with a listening attitude. (I might add that I had received 2 other calls from different dealerships and didn't feel warm about their initial conversations). It was a cold Friday morning and without any hesitation or hurried up attitude he let us test drive and ask questions at our own pace.
