First and foremost, I was on Day 3 of shopping for a car, I had a certain price range in mind, and I was nearly "over it," when my someone in my family suggested this dealership. Originally, I went to dealerships in Minnetonka and Inver Grove Heights, and either someone in sales wouldn't stop talking about the product on the show floor for what felt like five minutes or getting a quote on a car was the most unorganized process I'd ever experienced. I'm very meticulous with processes, specifically big purchases, and the last thing I want as a consumer is someone who won't listen and can't read body language. Keep in mind that the time frame of which I was shopping in, there were deals, but the deal we found online, we needed to read the fine print. It was October 2019 when I bought my car and the prices were for 2019 models, but not 2020 (I think). However, because I have a really great credit score, that impacted the Tier and "accessibility" I had to getting closer to a car payment that was in my range. Overall, Brandyn was helpful and honest, and did his job to the best of his ability. I was really happy when I purchased my car because ultimately I was able to achieve my goal.
