Sub par sales experience with a great finance person! Tim was wonderful to work with, laid out all financing options and rebates for me and found us a great deal. Our salesman did not return calls, would only communicate via email and when I got a survey from Dodge I responded honestly. Much to my surprise my husband who simply was along for the purchase but did not purchase or do ax’s the car had a harassing borderline threatening voicemail today from Austin telling me that because of my survey he stands to lose $10,000 over the next 3 months and I need to call him ASAP to fix this. He claims he gave us the best deal, when the listed purchase price at Belzer was why we bought the car. I have emails telling him I felt he was unprofessional during the sales process and asking him to refer me to someone else, unfortunately that didn’t happen and I needed to purchase the vehicle that weekend and ended up using him. I would recommended Tim 1,000 times over and would be happy to work with him again. Unfortunately for Belzer I will not purchase from them again, and am calling tomorrow about a refund on the service package I purchased as I have no desire to run into Austin again. More

Overall we had a really good experience at Jeff Belzer’s. Our sales man was very informative and wasn’t pushy at all. When Jacob came back the manager had said “you need to have a serious conversation with these people, cuz this AINT gonna happen.” We felt this was very rude and unprofessional and to be honest we were ready to walk out and take our business elsewhere. I have a hard time recommending this place due to what this manager had said. But, We decided to stay and we ended up getting a good deal on our new Durango. Then Sean in finance made up for it as he was very very honest, and told us everything we needed to know. He was very friendly and very helpful and we really appreciated it. More
