After several months of "waiting" we decided it was time again to start the process. I found out that Kyle was active duty with the National Guard (thank you Kyle) and we were to meet with Brandyn. What a great experience!! I, like many others, cringe about the thought of going to a dealership. Brandyn and other staff made it SO easy and comfortable it was like dealing with a friend. Polite, professional and courteous at every turn. Ethan was great! He brought us out to the vehicle and made CERTAIN that we knew where and how the controls worked, pointed out some options and asked if we needed anything else before we left. Both my wife and I would strongly recommend Jeff Belzer's!! A perfect example of how a dealership should work!! Custom Finance Manager, Tim Naasz, made the finance process quick and easy. Our Delivery Coordinator, Kris Schmidt, made sure we knew how to use all the great features of our new vehicle before we left the dealership. All-in-all, a great team. Highly recommended. John was helpful from beginning to end. We had never seen anything but stock photos of the Telluride and he immediately went out and took a number of photos for us after we got off the phone.
