After writing a negative, but honest, review of our used car purchase with Jeff Belzer New Prague I was contacted by I am editing/updating my review. After writing a negative, but honest, review of our used car purchase with Jeff Belzer New Prague I was contacted by the manager of that location. After a few candid, productive and most importantly cordial conversations, I was very appreciative of the secondary efforts to repair the experience. With these conversations, reparative efforts and additional positive service appointments our experience was definitely changed for the better. In today's environment it was refreshing to have a Company take ownership of a negative experience and address it directly instead of blaming the customer or writing it off as an anomaly. Original Post (Edited/truncated): We found a few Chrysler Pacificas that met our desires at Jeff Belzer. We actually started at the Lakeville location, but ended up purchasing from New Prague. Our Sales Consultant, Jason Wolske (from Lakeville location) was great and went out of his way to accommodate to our long drives by bringing one vehicle we were considering to the New Prague location where we could compare it with another similar Pacifica. I cannot stress enough how great Jason was! However, after we decided on the vehicle we were going to purchase, the process didn't go as either party desired and purchase process left me feeling sick and mistreated. More
