Jordan Gifford at Jeff Belzer's was amazing. I can honesty say this was the best experience I've had purchasing a vehicle. He was knowledgeable about all the cool features this vehicle has to offer. Not to mention, I had my 4 year old with me whom was full of energy & Jordan was extremely patient. I couldn't of had a better salesperson. Oh, I forgot to add! I wasn't even in the dealership long.. I was amazed with how outstanding the service was. By far the best support there is! Talk about teamwork! I had purchased a vehicle one year ago that turned out to be dissatisfying to say the least. I went back to Jeff Belzer in Lakeville where I purchased the truck from and explained that I needed a new vehicle. Brandyn who was my sales person for my original vehicle jumped right in and started asking the right questions. He gave me suggestions as to how to alleviate the problem and then everything went lightning fast. They took my vehicle, found me another vehicle and had me out of the dealership within 4 hours. There are other problems that I caused making it very difficult for them to get what I wanted but the team at Belzer Lakeville (Brandyn Lindgren, Sean Guffey and Tim Tichich ) went way above and beyond their duty to accommodate me.
