Bought a brand new Kia Sorento from Jeff Belzers in Lakeville in November of 2023 and started hearing chirping coming from the steering column and lots of new wind noise in the cabin of the vehicle. I live an hour and a half away from the dealership and I am currently on my third time having my brand new vehicle torn apart to try and fix the issues. In 2 days they have had my vehicle for an entire week and Joe called me today to let me know they have not yet fixed anything because they are still waiting for Kia to approve a new steering column. I tried to buy out of this vehicle because we have had so many issues and its not convenient to drive an hour and a half one way each time but the dealship basically tried to make me pay way more money than the trade was worth. I am. Now stuck in a horrible nightmare and wish I would have never gone to Jeff Belzers or purchased a brand new Kia!!! More
Purchased a used Jeep from Jeff Belzer's in Lakeville - two days later my engine light came on - thus it needed a new battery (which would be covered under their warranty) so I scheduled my appointment for two days later my engine light came on - thus it needed a new battery (which would be covered under their warranty) so I scheduled my appointment for 8:00 a.m. and was told the appointment would be about an hour. Arrived 10 minutes early for my appointment at 8:00 a.m. Around 9:40 I went out to the service dept to see if my Jeep was ready - the guy (no idea his name as he never told me) said he would check on it and let me know. Half an hour later he came and told me it was my batter and they were getting it changed and had to then test drive it so it shouldn't be long. At 11:15 I went back out to the service dept to see what was going on - was told I had to talk to the guy who originally helped me but was no where to be found - so I asked another guy to help me - he found my paperwork on the first guys desk and said it was done and asked me to look out the window to see if that was my vehicle which it was. I then asked for a copy of my paperwork as I needed to get going to work and the guy said it would be another 15 minutes to get it which I told him to have it emailed to me as I was sick of waiting. Thus, I left the dealership at 11:30 - 3.5 hours later - this is absolutely horrible service (especially since I had an appointment) - I will never have my Jeep serviced at Jeff Belzer's again. More
Yesterday we purchased a Kia Telluride at Jeff Belzer's in Lakeville, We had been to another dealership twice and had made many calls. We were drawn to Jeff Belzer's because of an outstanding vehicle price. Even though our sales rep Marshall Berg knew we intended to buy, he spent time with us walking us around the outside, inside and through the technology. He helped us look at color and interior options and even took us on a test drive of the actual car we were thinking to buy. He gave us insightful information and tips and helped us through decision-making. He is extremely knowledgeable and professional. He walked us through all of the next steps with careful information, laying out all of the options in a clear way. We then were setn on to Donny Abboud, an expert with accessories. He knew his stuff and gave us some good discounts. From there we met with our finance guy David Moghadam. He was friendly and efficient and made the whole process pleasant. He knew the answers to all our questions. Clearly very professional and knowledgeable. Thomas Fisher was our Delivery Coordinator. He helped us make our newly detailed car our own. He connected our phones to our new car, walked us around the outside and interior providing really important information and how-to's. Then he taught us about all the wonderful safety technology and how to use it, helping us set up certain aspects. He also gave us important tips along with do's and don'ts, all the practical stuff you need to know. Our experience was truly remarkable. I actually asked to give a review because I was so impressed and thankful. Price and service at Jeff Belzer's is the best! More
