The dealership was clean and everyone was wearing masks. This would not happen at other dealers. I sent my credit app in a day early but it still took way to long sitting around waiting on who knows what. The process needs streamlining, glad it was not busy. I get it that you need the finance guy, but Tim could have handled the floor mat sale, the how does it work session, and I felt a little bit like a number visiting with all the dealership people. At the end I had to wait for someone to wash the car, this also took too long. If Jeff Belzer was there, he could have said hi for 10 seconds Tim was excellent throughout the process...it was just too much of a stretched out process, not his fault, must be how things are done.
