Austin was AMAZING! I had no idea what I was doing looking for a car, and he helped me the whole way. Never once pushy, had my best interests and my budget as priorities I had no idea what I was doing looking for a car, and he helped me the whole way. Never once pushy, had my best interests and my budget as priorities, was thoughtful and a good listener. Something you don’t see as often as you’d like to in sales. At the end of the day, I didn’t want to go to any other dealerships to look at other cars, because I wanted to work with Austin. He’s an absolute gem! Oh, and I absolutely LOVE the car he helped me get into! Will go back to him always, and will recommend to anyone shopping for a new car! More

The truck we bought is great, the initial buying experience was good, the customer service after the sale has been pretty poor. There was a chip in the windshield that was brought to their attention experience was good, the customer service after the sale has been pretty poor. There was a chip in the windshield that was brought to their attention before we bought it, and we were told it had been filled to prevent cracking. A couple weeks after we bought it the chip turned into a crack that spans the entire windshield, so I attempted to contact them to find out who filled the chip so we could discuss replacement. Several unanswered emails, even more unanswered voicemails, and when I did manage to talk to someone on the phone I was told someone else would get back to me and that never happened. With that level of non-attention I’m pretty soured with the whole thing. More
