Our amazing experience started the day before we came to the dealership. Trisha was able to find me the vehicles on the lot that checked all our boxes. Unfortunately, she was not available to meet with us at the time slot we needed, but she was able to get one of her colleagues to do so. From the minute Diego greeted us outside in the frigid cold, he was great. From start to finish, he was nothing but kind and patient in answering all of my questions. Trisha even came over and introduced herself to us as well. My only gripe would be that the person we met with to go over accessories for our new truck didn't seem willing to negotiate. If he had been willing to offer us the same discount on the package deal that he offered us on the interior package, we would have purchased before we left. Our finance manager was great and helped us secure a great rate. And our Delivery Coordinator was really helpful in teaching us how to use all the new features of our truck. We drove from St. Francis down because this truck had everything we were looking for, and we would absolutely make the drive again. More
