This was my second time purchasing a Sorrento at Jeff Belzers. This experience was great. I was welcomed and made comfortable in this Covid era. When I met at Jeff Belzer’s to purchase the car, I was welcomed by each salesperson/employ I passed. Eric introduced me to each person I was to work with on my sale. He accompanied me to each location and made sure the next person was ready for me. I appreciated this. - I was pleasantly surprised how important it was to them that this was my second purchase with them. - When my clean, washed car was ready to drive home, I had a great experience with the tech guy who took me through all the new bells and whistles on the Sorrento. It was 5:00PM on a Friday. Yet, I didn’t feel rushed or hurried. He confirmed each step through the technology, and made it so much fun. I’ve already called with a follow up questions with Eric and thanked him again for making this a great experience. ... See you again sometime for the next Sorrento! In the meantime, I’ll continue to highly recommend Belzer’s. P.S. I am taking this survey while at work and do not have the business cards handy for the finance person, detailing person or the GREAT tech guy who helped me before leaving.
