Robert was absolutely fantastic in helping me with a difficult financing situation. He made me feel comfortable with my purchase and helped me to see that I was getting a better deal here than somewhere difficult financing situation. He made the process very easy and straight forward. Tried to start my 2024 Kia Sportage Hybrid this morning. It was dead. No life to it at all. I called Belzer service to see if there was a simple solution as I had a Doctor's appointment to attend. The y It was dead. No life to it at all. I called Belzer service to see if there was a simple solution as I had a Doctor's appointment to attend. The young woman who answered the phone was very polite but offered little solutions other than suggesting I call Kia Roadside Assistance. I asked if there was someone else she could question and she said no. Again, very polite but no help. I hung up and went to the internet. Within minutes I found a posting that suggested, for my vehicle, that I locate the battery reset button located to the left of the steering wheel. I found the button and pushed it and the car came alive. Took me about 10 seconds or less. Why someone at Belzer could not have offered this solution is beyond me. Very disappointed. More
