Great service, Blair met me with the car I was interested in. He explained the process and what I need to have as far as paperwork and documentation and was patient when I had to leave to collect everything in. Just purchased a 21 ram, taillight burnt out and we are going on vacation in a couple days. Called to have it looked at and they just don’t have enough technicians staffed to look at it , I was put on hold going on vacation in a couple days. Called to have it looked at and they just don’t have enough technicians staffed to look at it , I was put on hold and the (waiting music) kept saying how committed to customer satisfaction they are , if I just bought a brand new vehicle (under 10 miles on it) shouldn’t it be a priority to fix something like this. We have 2 vehicles purchased from belzers, just paid off one and about to get another! Will not be giving business here again! Natalie spoke with me about this and her unwillingness to work with us was very disappointing I asked to speak to management but she did instead and we got no where ! So hey thanks for no help, I certainly hope you don’t treat everyone like this! Taking our business elsewhere! More

This happened at your Rosedale location. I was going to go buy a truck there I told them be there at 6:30 July 1. I got there they sold it the night before. Not happy at all. The sales lady did an excellent job, I will give her a 10. Unfortunately I cannot say the same for the dealership. I purchased a 2016 ram 2500, 45,000 dollars. When you spend that kind of money you would 10. Unfortunately I cannot say the same for the dealership. I purchased a 2016 ram 2500, 45,000 dollars. When you spend that kind of money you would expect the vehicle to be fully detailed and filled with fuel before delivery. That was NOT the case. Fuel tank was empty and was told used cars don’t get a full tank of fuel. Ok, I can let that go but the truck was still very dirty. Their detail department sent it through their car wash and vacuumed the interior (sort of). Dust all over the interior, and they didn’t even pop the hood. Filthy under the hood. When asked about it I was told that they are short staffed and have high schoolers doing the best they can. I was welcome to bring it back for another wash but they are booked out solid for awhile. The sales experience was excellent, it isn’t her fault. Rather it is the dealership for failing to provide a detailed and clean vehicle to the new owner. More
