Got a good deal on a used car It does seem that this dealer monitors the prices pretty closely to ensure that they do not remain on the lot for very long. Dishonest sales staff, worst car buying experience ever If I could give no stars I would. I am very very disappointed and upset by my experience with Gary Miller at this dealership. I purchased a used 2013 If I could give no stars I would. I am very very disappointed and upset by my experience with Gary Miller at this dealership. I purchased a used 2013 Toyota Scion XB. In a nutshell, he did work with me whatsoever in negotiation with the vehicle price, however I decided to go ahead and purchase the vehicle. However after negotiation and literally in the middle of signing the contracts for the vehicle, he starts to mention how he cannot locate the second factory key to the car. He however tells me how he promises to contact the previous owner to locate the key. After hearing absolutely nothing for a week and a half, I emailed Gary, and he replies in a very condescending way that he was very "upfront" and clear that there was not a second factory key, which was a complete and utter lie. He didnt even mention whether or not he tried to contact the previous owner. After I replied to see if he at least tried to contact the previous owner, I received absolutely no response whatsoever. I emailed Gary multiple times, and then started calling the dealership, and every time I reached a staff member, after waiting 10 mins they replied he was "busy". I started to realize he was just ignoring me, and blowing me off. I talked to several staff to let them know I wanted to talk to the manager, that I was extremely upset, but the response was they will get ahold of Gary and that he will get back to me the same day. After 7-10 calls over the span of 2-3 weeks and leaving messages I finally gave up. Honestly I am a very easy going nice guy. I usually never complain about a situation unless its warranted. I felt taken advantage of and lied to. Absolutely ridiculous, rude, and unprofessional. Ive never, ever taken the time to write a review for absolutely anything, but it has made me feel obligated to write as many bad reviews as I can against JCD of Ontario. Gary Miller is the worst salesman Ive ever had to deal with in buying a car, period. More

They have you waiting inside your vehicle before you are assisted. I have other options from Vegas to Southern California but I chose Chrystler of Ontario, however after today's experience I might reconsider visiting your facility. I've been a loyal customer for 5 years. I believe your services department has some areas of opportunities. You can't run a service department with limited staff specially on a busy day like a Saturday. Time is money, specially when you are here on vacation and need fast and reliable service. I hope my feedback is an eye opener and provides you with advise to better assist you strategizing in deliver exceptional customer service in the near future. " More

New 2016 Truck Ordered Custom At the end of September we were shopping for a new truck and looking to trade in our 2011 Dodge Ram 1500 that was part of the Fiat/Chrysler buyback pr At the end of September we were shopping for a new truck and looking to trade in our 2011 Dodge Ram 1500 that was part of the Fiat/Chrysler buyback program (faulty recall that forced the manufacturer to buy trucks back with incentives). I connected with Joe and William (Cubby) in the fleet sales office and they were wonderful throughout the entire process. The truck we were looking for (Laramie 2500 Diesel Black Edition) was really difficult to find, there weren't any left in CA. So we got with Joe and Cubby who placed an order straight to the factory for us. The pricing was excellent (better than the pricing on many dealer's lots!) and we waited EXACTLY 30 days! We were informed it could take 6-8 weeks to get our truck but it took exactly 30 days and we brought it home. Finance process was easy because we brought our own financing, but it would have been easy to take dealer financing also. Leo took care of all the paperwork and was a pleasure to work with. Pricing on extended warranties was the most reasonable I had ever seen. They accepted the recall buyback certificate and we got $4K total incentives on our new vehicle. They helped us set up our entire Uconnect including registration so that we drove off the lot knowing how to use everything. I can't say enough good things about this dealership and Joe and Cubby in particular! We are customers for life! More
