Got a good deal on a used car It does seem that this dealer monitors the prices pretty closely to ensure that they do not remain on the lot for very long. Dishonest sales staff, worst car buying experience ever If I could give no stars I would. I am very very disappointed and upset by my experience with Gary Miller at this dealership. I purchased a used 2013 If I could give no stars I would. I am very very disappointed and upset by my experience with Gary Miller at this dealership. I purchased a used 2013 Toyota Scion XB. In a nutshell, he did work with me whatsoever in negotiation with the vehicle price, however I decided to go ahead and purchase the vehicle. However after negotiation and literally in the middle of signing the contracts for the vehicle, he starts to mention how he cannot locate the second factory key to the car. He however tells me how he promises to contact the previous owner to locate the key. After hearing absolutely nothing for a week and a half, I emailed Gary, and he replies in a very condescending way that he was very "upfront" and clear that there was not a second factory key, which was a complete and utter lie. He didnt even mention whether or not he tried to contact the previous owner. After I replied to see if he at least tried to contact the previous owner, I received absolutely no response whatsoever. I emailed Gary multiple times, and then started calling the dealership, and every time I reached a staff member, after waiting 10 mins they replied he was "busy". I started to realize he was just ignoring me, and blowing me off. I talked to several staff to let them know I wanted to talk to the manager, that I was extremely upset, but the response was they will get ahold of Gary and that he will get back to me the same day. After 7-10 calls over the span of 2-3 weeks and leaving messages I finally gave up. Honestly I am a very easy going nice guy. I usually never complain about a situation unless its warranted. I felt taken advantage of and lied to. Absolutely ridiculous, rude, and unprofessional. Ive never, ever taken the time to write a review for absolutely anything, but it has made me feel obligated to write as many bad reviews as I can against JCD of Ontario. Gary Miller is the worst salesman Ive ever had to deal with in buying a car, period. More

False advertisement. "I was here on Saturday November 7th 2015 for an express oil change. However that express services is false advertisement when you have to wait about an hour to even get checked In and then another hour plus for the actual service. They have you waiting inside your vehicle before you are assisted. I have other options from Vegas to Southern California but I chose Chrystler of Ontario, however after today's experience I might reconsider visiting your facility. I've been a loyal customer for 5 years. I believe your services department has some areas of opportunities. You can't run a service department with limited staff specially on a busy day like a Saturday. Time is money, specially when you are here on vacation and need fast and reliable service. I hope my feedback is an eye opener and provides you with advise to better assist you strategizing in deliver exceptional customer service in the near future. " More
