Terrible experience with the service department RECAP - 3 visits in the last 6 weeks. New Starter - didn't need it and didn't fix the problem. New Range Sensor - did fix the problem but the mechan RECAP - 3 visits in the last 6 weeks. New Starter - didn't need it and didn't fix the problem. New Range Sensor - did fix the problem but the mechanic left a pair of Vise Grips attached in the engine compartment - don't know if this or other carelessness caused further damage. New Radiator and Thermostat - stopped a leak but air filter hose was NOT reconnected! I found the disconnected hose when there was a humming sound coming from the engine compartment the day after my service. Spent - $1507.80 and still not confident that my Jeep was put back together properly! More

Great Service I had a scheduled appointment for two weeks out, but since my van was in need of repair. Al Garcia helped out by getting me in and diagnosed right awa I had a scheduled appointment for two weeks out, but since my van was in need of repair. The vehicle that I bought from Jeep Chrysler Dodge RAM of Ontario suck but the exceptional service by Jose Ortega is spectacular! My Town & Country has had the same problems that it had when I bought it. Before I spoke to Jose, the other guys in service tried to deny any and everything that I found issues with. They need to sell more quality vehicles or do something about it. If it wasn't for Jose making sure all my issues were addressed, I would have sued them years ago and gone to another dealership. More
