Estimated 2 days work, Kept it 4 days and didn't complete it I had an appointment. The drop off still took an hour for them to receive my vehicle. Communication was a challenge. I kept getting answering machines or other service folks, and not the one assigned to me. They were not familiar with my vehicle so couldn't provide status. On the afternoon of the 4th day I was told that only one item would be completed 2 others would not and I would have to bring it back in the future. I needed my vehicle on the morning of the 5th day so couldn't leave it any longer. I was given excuses like "we service over 200 vehicles per day here". "you are 10th in line today (on the 3rd day)". my previous experience with this dealership was equally disappointing. More

leaking power steering pump I took my older truck in to replace the leaking power steering pump. they kept my truck to order new power steering lines, not the pump. When I got I took my older truck in to replace the leaking power steering pump. they kept my truck to order new power steering lines, not the pump. When I got it back the lines were full of air and the truck was hard to steer. I notified them of the situation and they said it would take time for the air to leave the lines. Meanwhile, I kept putting in more power steering fluid. it still leaked. I took it back and said it still leaks check the pump and after keeping the truck all day they said it didn't leak. I took it back a third time and the same thing, they said it didn't leak. I told them it did leak and my driveway could prove it. they parked the truck in front and told me to come back the next day. When I came back the truck was still in the same place and they said it didn't leak. ENOUGH! I took it to a real mechanic and he replaced the pump and it doesn't leak. I had also asked them to check the glow plugs because it was hard to start. They did nothing about it. All I got was a runaround. Never again! More

Lifetime Power Train Warranty I had been going to thus dealership since I purchased my vehicle Chrysler 300 in 2007, the first 5 years they sent me a notice to bring my vehicle in I had been going to thus dealership since I purchased my vehicle Chrysler 300 in 2007, the first 5 years they sent me a notice to bring my vehicle in for the 5 year inspection but when the 10 year approached no communication was even sent once I realized in 2019 that I missed the inspection it was too late and now to hey want to start sending me reminders again to get me to visit for a milestone inspection that requires me to pay now. So no I will not be using this location anymore. More
