Lifetime Power Train Warranty I had been going to thus dealership since I purchased my vehicle Chrysler 300 in 2007, the first 5 years they sent me a notice to bring my vehicle in I had been going to thus dealership since I purchased my vehicle Chrysler 300 in 2007, the first 5 years they sent me a notice to bring my vehicle in for the 5 year inspection but when the 10 year approached no communication was even sent once I realized in 2019 that I missed the inspection it was too late and now to hey want to start sending me reminders again to get me to visit for a milestone inspection that requires me to pay now. So no I will not be using this location anymore. More

AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE NICK MERANCIO WAS THE SALESMAN THAT HELPED US BUY OUR DODGE RAM. HE MADE THE PROCESS SO MUCH EASIER THAN IT HAS BEEN IN THE PAST. Waited for 45 minutes for the "VALET" to bring my car but the ladies that were there (just got dropped off from a LYFT ride) were there for 5 minutes and their car was already being delivered to them. I asked what the heck??? and the response I got was "they were here first.. so I helped them first... you can wait. More
Friendly service above and beyond Dan Trimmer service advocate took me and my truck in at 7:30 am and I was back on the road with a rental car by 8:15. Amazing service. Good experience, but,, hmmmm. My '14 Jeep Wrangler received a recall on its passenger side airbag, which, according to the recall notice had this nasty possibility of fragmenting u My '14 Jeep Wrangler received a recall on its passenger side airbag, which, according to the recall notice had this nasty possibility of fragmenting upon activation and causing "serious injury or death" to the passenger. So, I figured for my Wife's sake, I ought to get it fixed quickly. Only after calling multiple dealers did I find that Jeep Chrysler Dodge RAM of Ontario was able to get the part in stock. They proactively called me and scheduled an appointment lickedy split. Their service center was very busy and they told me that they would likely have my Jeep overnight. This concern was assuaged when they told me that I could get a free Enterprise rental. So that was cool. Dan was my service writer and he was awesome. Very polite and caring. After getting home with my spiffy rental car, I got a phone call from Dano and he told me that they were actually able to get it fixed faster than they had thought. So, that was cool too. But I decided to wait until the next morning to pick it up. This brings me to the next morning of March 1. This is the "hmmmmm" part of my title. Dan was totally cool again and made sure that I was checked out mucho pronto. But, then I had to wait for an extended time for somebody to bring my Jeep around. There were 4 or 5 other customers that were seemingly waiting a long time too. And while we were waiting, an employee turned the corner of the service lane driving a white RAM pickup. Apparently, there was a near collision with another car as then both drivers of these vehicles began an insult and vulgarity filled tirade back and forth with each other that ended up lasting for a good 5 to 10 minutes worth of shocking entertainment for the customers standing there watching it all. It drew the attention of what looked like important manager type employees; at least I think so because they wore ties, but they did not intervene. Now don't get me wrong, I am literally the Son of a Navy Sailor whose creative use of profanity-filled rants developed my own skill quite well, but I digress. In all seriousness, these two employees were unprofessional and did not appear the least bit concerned about making a scene. Other employees, who could have and should have put a stop to it, did not. This says something about the culture of the organization. This all left a negative image of your dealership in the eyes of multiple customers. Couple this with another recent review where a sales manager allegedly yelled and used profanity at a customer, and it makes one wonder how important professionalism and decorum are for the dealership. With all this said, I was satisfied and give kudos to Dan and the quick service I received. More
