I'm always welcome by all the staff. Kirk the service manager always greets me when he see's me and is sure to ask me how I'm doing. And to top it off I love my car I now have over 88,000 miles on it. More

BEST LIP SERVICE EVER The video screens do not work, after 5 attempts the service department still has no idea how to fix it. We have dropped the car off for 2-3 days for diagnosis to be done and then are told they have if figured out and the part(s) have been ordered. We bring the car in and they still don't know how to fix it. Then the GPS stops working, we are now on our third radio and now the hands free does not work,l the video screens still don't work, now the doors don't want to shut properly at times, the ignition is periodically not working and one of the back seats are not working properly. The vehicle has less than 60,000 miles and is a 2013 and almost paid off. I bought the extended warranty and after taking the car in the shop 6 times now they still cannot fix it. The service manager NEVER returns calls or e mails. Then when we picked the car up at 9:30 pm (and the car is still not fixed) some rude service guy told us to move our car we are blocking the flow of traffic. THIS IS BY FAR THE WORST SERVICE EVER NOT TO MENTION THEY HAVE NO IDEA WHAT THEY ARE DOING. We are in the market for a new car for my husband and we were going to shop at Chrysler, NOT ANY LONGER More

Paid for SRT oil change, got a regular oil filter installed. Paid for an SRT oil change which you would think would include the SRT oil filter but this time around I changed my own oil and besides having to use Paid for an SRT oil change which you would think would include the SRT oil filter but this time around I changed my own oil and besides having to use a 1/2 in ratchet with all of my 240 lbs behind it to get the drain plug loose , I discovered a regular black oil filter on it not the white SRT oil filter that I paid for. Also looks like the second plastic cover under the engine that needs to be removed to access the oil cooler drain plug was never removed until now, so I'm left to wonder did they actually drain it as called for in the factory service manual and did they use the proper oil or just put whatever in my Hellcat... And worse thing about all this is I drove 35 minutes out of my way to this dealer after the local dealership took it out for a 5 mile test drive when i had it in for a cosmetic issue, so i guess the bottom line is customer service is dead, service center integrity, if there ever was any, is dead.... Better off saving the money and DIY or take it to jiffy lube because they can't be any worse than most dealers. More

Where's my car? I called around 3 pm asking about my car and the service department could not tell me anything other than my service writer left early that day but she would look into it and call me back but she never did so at 9 pm I called again and spoke to another service rep and he told me my car had not been assigned to a technician yet so they had my car for 2 day and didn't start any work on it. The following morning I called when they opened and asked what was going on when I was told all the parts were available when I dropped it off all they would say is it would be ready later that day. All in all terrible service and communication on the service department. More
Dealership add-on balony We have done a lot of business with Ontario Dodge and Romero Mazda/Hyundai over the years and always had a good experience until now. My husband and I We have done a lot of business with Ontario Dodge and Romero Mazda/Hyundai over the years and always had a good experience until now. My husband and I purchased a 2019 Dodge Challenger on 7/25 and we were told there was no way they could "remove" the $999 Vehicle recovery system (GPS tracker) and $999 permaplate from the car since the "first coat" was already applied and it HAD to be included as part of the deal. This was not listed on the window sticker and I know the car had been on the lot since October 2018 so they were anxious to sell it and lucky for us it had all the features we wanted. We had a totaled out car accident with our 2017 Dodge Challenger and were needing to purchase a replacement that night so we were under great pressure and very relucantly and under duress agreed to the dealer add ons so we could close the deal and go home. I am not happy we paid for these addtional items and now feel even more swindeled knowing the items were not actually pre-installed and we were lied to in order for the dealership to recoup some losses. Since we were not given any details about the Permaplate and Star shield vehicle recovery I wanted to know for sure they were installed and understand exactly what was included. After calling the sales rep to inquire he had someone set up an appointment to have the 2nd permaplate coat applied and said they needed the car for the entire day, which we did on August 5th. Recently I tried to use the warranty for hard water spots on our brand new car and was told the warranty was not registered and it was now past the 30 days the dealership had to send them the money. I would think with this level of paint protection there would not be water stains on the car that have remained despite taking it for a detailed hand wash so I can't even say for sure they put the permaplate on the car and maybe just pocketed our money. Fortunately I have a contract showing what we paid the dealer and will contiue to followup and have opened a claim with Permaplate. I had also called Starshield to find out how to activate the GPS tracking and they told us it was not registered and we need to contact the dealership. When they "applied" the 2nd permaplate on August 5th (or so they say) I asked about the GPS and they said the tracking device in the car was not functioning so they changed it out with another one. Sounds to me like they got caught charging for items that were not actually installed that we paid for in good faith when we drove off the lot. I have searched online and asked others about these two add ons and no one knows much about them so I am doubting they make EVERYONE pay for them on all the vehicles they sell and that their hands were tied as we were told. I am VERY disappointed in Ontario Dodge. I also had an issue with the passenger seatbelt randomly severly retracting with slight seat movements when driving normally. The service department said this was a correct function of the car and did not seem to understand the severity of the issue. The only way to release it was to unbuckle the belt and let it retract fully and try again. I found a work around to remove the seatbelt from the seatbelt guide on the seat itself but the angle may not be in the safest position. The service department never followed up with replacing it as promised and basically discounted my concern. Our 2017 did not have this issue so I doubt it is normal operation and I am assuming there is a problem somewhere with the mechinsm in the door. More
