I bought a 2023 Dodge Challenger for my son from this dealership. Because a friend recommended it to me, we didn't go to other dealers to compare out of trust. We bought it directly. But this purchase made me regret that I should compare policies and discounts with other dealers. The price of this dealer is $8000 more expensive than other dealers for the same model. I was not happy that it took 7 day to look at my truck and fix it. Then call me the next day. i don't think that i should have to pay for three days on the rental car, when it took 6 days took look at the and fix it. Test drove and purchased a truck on Sunday August 17, 2024. When we test drove the truck we didn't notice it was on empty until after we purchased the truck and were leaving. There was barely enough gas 2024. When we test drove the truck we didn't notice it was on empty until after we purchased the truck and were leaving. There was barely enough gas to make it to the gas station. I called asked if they would fill up the gas tank and they said no. They said they do not fill up gas tanks. Every vehicle that i have purchased was filled up with gas and detailed. This truck was dirty after they detailed it. I showed them that the truck was still dirty. They took it back again and it came back still dirty. I am also still waiting for a call about the owners manual. I have called and left several messages and have not heard back. Its sad that they dont care about there customers. Once your done purching and signing the paperwork they are of no help. Shame on you. Update. I contacted the sales manager. No help. He wants to inconvenience me. He wants me to make the trip to the dealer to have my truck washed. They should send a mobile detailer and a gas card. I will never recommend anyone to this dealer.
