I called in to Jeep Chrysler Dodge of Ontario and was quickly set up with a same day reservation. Once I arrived Dan (my new to go to Advisor) greeted me and began to explain what my options were, time frame, and offered to get me a shuttle back to work. Once the work was done, their concierge team rapidly brought my car to me giving me almost no wait time. I can definitely say I am glad I chose Jeep Chrysler of Ontario. I've had my fender scratched by other shops by the mecha I've taken my Jeep Grand Cherokee to three other dealers and their service and people sucked. I've had my fender scratched by other shops by the mechanics belt buckle and had to complain to get my car repainted. . It's all about the employees of the dealership. They make the customer want to come back. Ontario is a no stress, professional, experience and they listen to what the customer wants. Quality is worth paying a little more if you need to. Great, friendly, accurate and honest service! My brother and I had to get his truck serviced in Ontario because a nearby Dodge dealership did a terrible job on recall work and other work. We contacted Dave, in the service department in Ontario, and he was very friendly. I also talked to Corina (sp?) whom was great. She gave us all the information we needed to get the vehicle towed there. Once there, they took care of us as quickly as they could considering their modified process due to COVID-19. The next day they called and the truck was ready for pick up. We drove down there and got it quickly enough. Mind you the issue was simple for now, but we definitely will be back for the additional recall repairs. Names we remember are Jose, Dave, Marcelo, and Corina. Everyone we came in contact with was helpful, friendly and respectful, to include the technician, but I don’t have his name. Great place to get your vehicle serviced. Thank you everyone! Gene More

GREAT SERVICE DURING TROUBLED TIMES BRITTNEY WAS MY SERVICE WRITER. SHE IS GREAT. I ARRIVED AT 8:30AM I I HAD 5 TEMS THAT REQUIRED WORK.. SHE KEPT ME ADISED OF PROGRESS THRU I-PHONE MESS BRITTNEY WAS MY SERVICE WRITER. SHE IS GREAT. I ARRIVED AT 8:30AM I I HAD 5 TEMS THAT REQUIRED WORK.. My car was past due for my oil change so I stopped by hoping they accepted walk-ins and they did! Took about an hour or so but waiting with my three year old wasn’t horrible.
