I called made an appt. and took car in and was told it may be a week before it would be looked at. I realize they are busy so I reluctantly agreed. A week went by, didn’t get any update. Called 4 times until I would get disconnected. Finally someone answered, when I told them I had been calling, I was told that they don’t run to the phone every time it rings. She had an attitude. I asked her to let me speak to a manager, of course they are in a meeting but will call back. Dan never returned call. A couple days go by called and got Kirk, he did call back and said he would keep me updated. Said he was glad I shared how bad customer service was and he would address it. 5 days went by, called Kirk, left two messages, never got my call returned. Finally I decide to just pick up car. I was still charged the analyzing fee of 168.00. Totally shocked, but after reading these reviews, I can see that the problem with customer service starts at the top. More
Worst customer service I ever come across is at the Jeep Chrysler Dodge RAM of Ontario. Every time I go to them in need, their quick response is that “we’re backed up. You can leave your car but we won’t look at it until a next week.” I took my car in last Saturday due to some grinding sound of my brakes, waited an hour for them to open only to be told “sorry we only do oil changes on Saturdays by their sales advocate Chris Crocker. Apparently oil change is a priority for this location over grinding brakes. More
I called and made an appointment on Thursday to take my vehicle in the following Tuesday. I took my vehicle in, it is now Friday and they haven't even touched it. This dealer is WASTING YOUR TIME! ...I had an apoinment for 8:00 AM , arrivved at 7:45 and checked 🚐. The service advisor, Dana took my car, I told him I took timeoff from work and need to go backASAP. T for 8:00 AM , arrivved at 7:45 and checked 🚐. They had only one technician, never mention that but after 1.5 hours I asked him for update about my ca. He He start with excuses like they are shorth staffed and is taking longer since two more customers are ahead of me will be another 2 hours. These people have no respect for customer and customer’s time.... I simply asked for my truck keys back and took my bussiness somewhere else. Dana was acting like it’s not a big deal, so what.....? I means a lot to me. I wish somebody from management will take actions of these actions and careless.I spent another 1.5 hours driving from Victorville to Ontario where my work is. NEVER use their service ....if you care for YOUR TIME! More

I wish that my son’s jeep broke down near a different Jeep dealership. His car has been in the shop for four weeks and we have no idea when it will be ready. I have to call regularly to get updates on it Jeep dealership. His car has been in the shop for four weeks and we have no idea when it will be ready. I have to call regularly to get updates on it. My service rep is rude and comes across as not caring about repeat business. Our warranty only covers five days of rental and that has already been used. This is the only car we have and my service rep told me that the back ordered part could come in next week or in four weeks; not to worry though, she will call me when it does come in. HORRIBLE response to a horrible experience so far. More
