Ronnie Davis was great as a sales person and was very courteous. He answered all questions that my wife and I had. After we had reached a deal he stayed with us in closing the sale. We needed a used vehicle totally demolishing our former car in an accident. We desired a Honda CRV so we looked on the "car finder" web pages in search of a great deal. We came across the CRV we eventually bought, but we thought the asking price was a little too steep for our pocketbook. We contacted the James Hodge dealership, and asked if they would drop the price to our desired amount. When they counter offered with a more reasonable price than listed, we jumped on the opportunity, and now we have a great vehicle we love! We gave the high ratings in customer service because Mr. Randy was so nice to us; we made a very long trek to Paris, TX from Beaumont, TX, and we were treated like family once upon the steps of the business!!! The only adequate rating we gave was for the price. The vehicle had been sitting at the dealership for quite a while. We asked for a price just $300 below the final cost for the vehicle; we would have felt better about the price of the vehicle if we could have received our asking price. More
