Sent multiple emails to get basic information and 5 different people could not hold a conversation and help me. So I went there and the salesman was ok but as he was talking with financing he could nev different people could not hold a conversation and help me. So I went there and the salesman was ok but as he was talking with financing he could never tell me the interest rate and even after I got into financing it took awhile for that guy to tell me. As we go to leave the sales representative walked us out and I noticed a ding in the door and he said they would contact us to come back and get it fixed. We'll 5 weeks later and haven't heard a word from them and have left 2 messages. Last 3 vehicles were a way experience. More
Went in for muffler and a tire and I looked for my car in the service shop area and didn't see it and more than 2 hours later, I was informed that they had to take my car directly to a muffler shop because t the service shop area and didn't see it and more than 2 hours later, I was informed that they had to take my car directly to a muffler shop because they didn't have the correct tool for it and wasn't informed this information until after they took my car there which I didn't think was right, but in the end they did give me a coupon for an oil change. I am not happy with Janesville Kia, because no one reached out after I bought the vehicle to see how I was doing and if I had any questions which I did and have contacted the person several times regarding the paperwork that was done and never heard anything back. Not really goo customer service when no one return calls. More
