Worst car buying experience ever. They lied to us were deceptive tried charging us for things we weren't getting. Then when we took it in for service they drove 160 miles went out for They lied to us were deceptive tried charging us for things we weren't getting. Then when we took it in for service they drove 160 miles went out for lunch and made multiple stops. It's all tracked on our KIA app. Don't trust that you'll get the car you want. They'll sell you what they want not tell you they have a plan to deceive you then ship in a totally different car, missing features you requested. We've called them to rectify the problem and they don't respond. More

Cam phasers and timing chain replaced. Looking at $3-5k worth of work. Also the finance team added a tire warranty that I did NOT agree to.
