Also while I was paying magically $200 disappeared. This entire operation is ran by toddler sales associates and GQ wanna-be shiesty General Managers. Do not buy from here! Now without my money back after a million excuses and they have the car! BOGUS! More

The installation of my free anti theft device was fine. I give this dealership a LOW RATING because their salesman lied to me when I bought my 2019 Soul from them. My Kia van broke down and I contacted the Kia dealership closest to me and was told that it would be 1.5-2 weeks until they could even look at it. I called Janesville Kia and they said not only could they g closest to me and was told that it would be 1.5-2 weeks until they could even look at it. I called Janesville Kia and they said not only could they get it in that day, but most likely it would be fixed that day as well. They were right. I was impressed with their service, communication and professionalism. I will gladly drive the extra 30 minutes for all of that! More

Very boring waiting area. No snacks. Only coffee and tea. I scheduled 2 recalls about 3 weeks out. At the dealer they told me “we MIGHT have the parts to complete it”. Tur No snacks.
