Had my Kia 2015 37,000 miles for oil change. Was told I had to go with the higher priced oil change that the girl told me wrong. My radio not working told me 845.00 I got it done 600. Sent multiple emails to get basic information and 5 different people could not hold a conversation and help me. So I went there and the salesman was ok but as he was talking with financing he could nev different people could not hold a conversation and help me. So I went there and the salesman was ok but as he was talking with financing he could never tell me the interest rate and even after I got into financing it took awhile for that guy to tell me. As we go to leave the sales representative walked us out and I noticed a ding in the door and he said they would contact us to come back and get it fixed. We'll 5 weeks later and haven't heard a word from them and have left 2 messages. Last 3 vehicles were a way experience. More
