Cam phasers and timing chain replaced. Looking at $3-5k worth of work. Also the finance team added a tire warranty that I did NOT agree to. The process of getting that cancelled is already a headache. STAY AWAY More

I was interested in two different vehicles there. Did the financing online. Got approves. We came to the dealership on Saturday, June 22nd. Our salesman was Randall Jackson.. we test drove a 2014 Honda CR-V, made it out of the parking lot and it was making a horrible clunking noise, brought it back to the dealership, the salesman came back out and questioned us about the noise it was making so he had to get in the car with us and go for a drive... once again we made it out of the lot and he heard it. He said I have no idea what that is, I'll get it in to the service department right now. He did but we saw a Mazda CX-5, they just got it so it hadn't been cleaned out yet. We drove it. It drove amazing however the engine was very loud. So we sent a video to my father and he said don't buy it. The guy then brought us the window sticker for the Mazda and kept saying, we wouldn't have put it on the lot if it wasn't safe. They kept hounding us, so he started to run my credit. Ran it for 60 months and said my payment was over $400, I said I can't do that, well I can get it a little under 4 but it won't go down much due to your credit.. so we went back in, they tried to finagle us into buying it, but I kept saying we are going to pass. Then it became really pushy, and said well I guarantee if your husband comes and sees it he's not going to be able to tell what's wrong. This was my final straw. I said okay clearly your not listening. I AM DONE, so we left... as we were almost to our car they came out and tried to get me to change my mind. I wasn't. Went to the first place I originally wanted which was Van Horn in Stoughton and had the BEST service and low and behold my payment is a little over $250. I would never recommend this dealer ship or Randall Jackson as a salesman ever. More
He was a great salesman. Not pushy and was trying to get the deal worked out. I was happy with him but after the paperwork was done he handed us the key. I was like really you don't have the 2nd key. He said it an auction car sometime we don't get 2 keys with those cars. I said so what is something happens and this key get lost. I ask if they could get a 2nd key he say we don't do that but you. Can order one. I was a little disappointed in this .I think he should of let us know before we purchased it that there was only 1 key. He said you have a key within this one. BUT THAT KEY CAN NOT START THE CAR. I thought he could of asked a manager if there was anything they could do to help get us a second key. More
