Horrible communication skills. You are bounced around between young, mostly clueless associates. Almost ran out of gas on the test drive. Tried offering me pricing for a completely different vehicle than what we test rode and agreed to move forward with. They won’t remove the $399 vinetch(which is a scam as there is no etching performed, just stickers) they’ll go on to say that it’s anti-theft and will reduce insurance; it won’t. Said they were filling it up and detailing it while the paperwork was being handled and the tank was empty and there was still random pieces of plastic and tape still on the interior and UNDER THE HOOD. To sum it up, wildly unprofessional and I wouldn’t touch their service department with a 10ft pole based on their sales experience. The car was cheap though, so they got that going for them. More
