My 2024 Silverado started having transmission problems the day after my software update. 3 different times it wouldn't shift into reverse. Also, it showed reduced acceleration, or something similar to tha the day after my software update. 3 different times it wouldn't shift into reverse. Tim told me I could bring the truck in, but it would be 2 weeks before a technician could look at it. I bought this vehicle because my previous truck was getting old and I didn't want to start having problems with it. I don't have an extra vehicle, so I guess I'll keep driving it and hope it doesn't do further damage or leave me stranded somewhere. Totally unacceptable. More
