For a $90 oil change and tire rotation you would think that you would get a wash. None. Didn't even get asked. No coffee in lobby. Lots of employees walked by it and never made any. I asked service adviser about the oil change and tire rotation special they had online. He didn't know anything about it or even looked. Girl at counter gave me my bill and I asked again about the special and she stated the adviser has to put it on the paperwork and entry. How can he put it down if he didn't even know about it. Communication is poor in my opinion buy it is just a service department. More
