Non responsive (other than robot emails). Initial contact made me believe they were different - they are not - a waste of time if your are genuinely trying to buy a car. 2017 Tahoe with 52,000 miles, goes in for repairs only to be told that the main battery fuse block was blown and had to be replaced. It took them 21 days to make that determination and complete the repair on be told that the main battery fuse block was blown and had to be replaced. It took them 21 days to make that determination and complete the repair only, It had the exact same issue exactly two days later and had to be towed directly back to the service department to be corrected. Two weeks later and they still haven't repaired the vehicle. It's spent most of this time parked out in their back lot. No one there is able to explain why they're not completing the repairs and of course the individual who is responsible for services is on vacation with no one competent to cover down in his absence. It's costing me 40 dollars a day for a rental car while the James Corlew Service Department sits around on their thumbs and gets absolutely nothing accomplished with this job order. They charged 530.00 to replace a 37.00 part the first time and now they have the nerve to send me an estimate for replacing the exact same part again only, the work still hasn't been completed and we're coming up on a combined two months that this vehicle has been in their facility for what should've been a simple repair. Absolutely the poorest performance that I've ever witnessed from any dealer service department, anywhere, ever. More
The worst ever dealership in whole area specifically in Clarksville, TN. I bought a a Chevy Suburban 2019 LT and a Chevy Traverse 2019 LT from them with just few months apart as brand new vehicles back in Clarksville, TN. I bought a a Chevy Suburban 2019 LT and a Chevy Traverse 2019 LT from them with just few months apart as brand new vehicles back in 2019. They have the worst customer service and will simply refuse to return your calls or listen to any genuine complaints. The alternator on my Chevy Trevers went bad after just little over 36000 miles. I called them several times and left several messages just to ask if my warranty will cover it but they never bothered to return my calls or even bothered to respond back my inquiries. Please stay away from them, they act like they are giving you a favor by selling you a vehicle and once you have bought the vehicle from them then forget about anything nice from them. They have zero credibility and regard for their customers. More
They called me not the other way around and made an appointment test drive a vehicle that was not even available. I drove across town in the snow and ice to be told there's a deposit on it you can't se appointment test drive a vehicle that was not even available. I drove across town in the snow and ice to be told there's a deposit on it you can't see it. Really a deposit on it? So why is it still being advertised on the website? Why was i told I could come test drive it? I didn't have to put a deposit down i had the cash in my pocket to leave with it? How does $20,000 not beat a deposit? Then your little sales rep wants to text me talking trash! You people are absolute trash and probably did me a favor in the long run. I hope that deposit falls through and I hope the truck literally breaks in 2 pieces! More
I purchased a vehicle in August. A 2015 Challenger Scat Pack Shaker. For cash. As of this writing, December 3, I STILL don't have either title or registration. Or any kind of offer from them to try to make Pack Shaker. For cash. As of this writing, December 3, I STILL don't have either title or registration. Or any kind of offer from them to try to make things right - things like being pulled over because the plate on my car didn't match my car - well after the 30 day tag expired. Things like losing six figures because I couldn't trade the vehicle as not only did I not have the title, when contacted, they claimed there was an issue "beyond their control' but they were working on it (that was mid-October). They continued to say the same for the next month. When I finally got fed up and told them I would be returning the vehicle for a full refund as they had committed breach of contract and the car was useless to me with the title & registration, the title amazingly showed up the VERY NEXT DAY. (That was November 16th or 17th.) But I have yet to receive it. Or the registration. Trying to track Jason Blurton, who I was told was the GM was impossible - every call went to voicemail. Everyone I was referred to was the same. Finally spoke with a sales manager who proceeded to talk down to me and went to great effort to imply, without actually saying it that I had done something wrong and was at fault for the situation. Somehow I the customer, was at fault, when in actuality it was a problem with the title - the title they had, but had never transferred into the dealerships possession. That they had had for months. The title that they apparently didn't submit until over 2 months AFTER my purchase, for of it had been submitted in a timely manner the alleged "title issue" would have been found, addressed and resolved by the time I was looking for it so I could trade. Not started to be resolved them...No one has taken responsibility for not telling me there even was an issue - I found out while trying to trade it... I've had some pretty bad experiences with dealers, this was one of the worst. And the best they are willing to offer was to "buy back' the vehicle - for $6000 less than I paid for it. That was the entirety of their attempt to make me feel a valued customer... More
