Alignment I go to bobbs for all my oil changes, tire rotation and alignments. They have the best oil change packages hands down. I live 10 min from a different dodge dealer who’s service staff is horrible. And I refuse to got there. I would rather make the 30 min drive to bobbs . It’s quality of workmanship and a piece of mind that I get from bobbs that keeps me coming back. More

No communication, miscommunication, I was given repair cost on things that didn’t require repairs, I paid for repairs that I didn’t approve. lots of BS excuses. Tell your customers the truth,, don’t give them BS because your just adding fuel to the fire. Most people don’t have an extra car sitting in their driveway, so communication is key and a quick service turnaround means happy customers.. Earlier this week I scheduled an appointment to bring in my Jeep to Boszak Jeep, my son mistakenly dropped our car off to your dealership. We decide to give your dealership another opportunity and Jeramy was handling our repairs, well you know where this is going but let’s not go there. I called to follow up and was helped by Jennifer. I didn’t know Jennifer, but I expressed my concerns and feeling about your service dept. She apologized and informed me that she will handle my repair order and promised me that she would stay on top of my Jeep and keep me posted. Well, she did, she texted me updates and kept me informed. This probably is something that you should do (texting updates) with all your customers. If it wasn’t for Jennifer I probably would of pick up my Jeep and brought it to Thomas or Boszak. You need to promote her to service manager or give her a bonus. I run a business myself and I work with my sales team and customer service team everyday to make sure my customer keep coming back!!! More

Service Have always gotten quick service when you called him for oil change. When there’s been an issue for warrantee they were able to get it in on a Saturda Have always gotten quick service when you called him for oil change. When there’s been an issue for warrantee they were able to get it in on a Saturday fix it and got it back to me that Saturday. Appreciated their effort in getting the car done for me and getting it right back. More

The tech was very helpful i brought my leased Jeep in for 2nd oil consumption test. This is the third time it has had an oil consumption test.
