I called in the morning to get a repair done on my tire. Dan told me to bring it in at 2pm. I arrived at 1:55pm. Dan was gone home and did not reserve my repair for 2pm. While I was there they also repaired a recalled part, which was good because I was unaware of a recall on the vehicle. Altogether I was there 2 1/2 hours. Much longer than I had planned. The gentleman at the service desk was very friendly and did everything he could in lieu of me not have a reserved time. I would recommend BoBB Auto Group though do to the quality of work your service department does. LeeAnn did a great job in sales. Your finance director was not suppose to run my credit but he did anyway. This almost resulted in me not getting a mortgage loan for my house. More
