The entire process was quick, no haggling prices which i'm not use to, and the trade in value was great! Everyone was so friendly and didn't make you feel pressured. I was able to get 0% financing for 84 months which is unheard of!! The demonstration of the vehicle was superior!! Not only did I leave completely satisfied with our new vehicle and price, the finance person called me back about one week later to tell me to come back in and resign some of the paperwork because the buyer for the old mini van offered more money. The payment on our new vehicle went down!!! I couldn't believe it!! The honesty from the staff right there says so much more about this dealership!! However, our 7 year old vehicle was beginning to have an increasing number of issues that necessitated us to begin looking for a new vehicle. My wife is a nurse and needed something that can handle the severe winters and snow, so we decided to investigate a Jeep. There are several area dealerships, but we had gotten to know Andrew Maio socially through a neighbor and decided to contact him. After test driving a Cherokee, we sat and decided some of the criteria that we were looking for (3.2L to pull a boat, tow package, winter comfort package, etc.). Andrew was able to give us 'no haggle' prices that fit our budget. He was also able to locate the vehicle in the color we were desiring and had it ready to pick up in 2 days. All of the credit details were taken over the phone so all we had to do was come in, sign, and take possession of the vehicle. Andrew took his time and conducted a detail overview for us. Never did we feel any of the 'high pressure' tactics that car dealers are known for and it made for a pleasurable buying experience. More

Quite the opposite happened I thought I was well versed on the Vehical from all my research but Andrew was very informative and never tried to upsell me so I felt very comfortable. I walked around with him and the more we talked the more serious I got about making a decision. Once he informed me of 84 months 0% financing i was ready!! They also gave me an excellent deal on my trade in. I've always hated buying cars but I actually enjoyed the stress free experience and would refer my family and friends to the team at Bobbs and especially Andrew he was just great. I've been in sales and customer service most of my life and am very judgmental when it comes to business and these guys as a team handled everything from beginning to end like true professionals!!!
