John Cappetto came up to us as soon as we arrived in their lot. We explained to him that we were unhappy with our present car and would like to see some cars like the Grand Caravan. John asked us for our preference in color and accessories that we would like to have in a new car. He found a Pacifica in the right color and all and more of the options that we wanted. We were given different options to pick for financing the car. John also went over all the features of the car so we were aware of everything. All of the employees and management team came up to us and introduced themselves. What a great staff they are.
