Remote Starter installed. I had a factory OEM remote starter added to my 2016 town and country mini van and Chrysler shows it does things it doesn’t. After it was in stalled, I I had a factory OEM remote starter added to my 2016 town and country mini van and Chrysler shows it does things it doesn’t. After it was in stalled, I found that the starter when activated does not allow the heat a/c system on so after running the engine to heat or cool the vehicle down it only comes on when the doors is opened. The whole time the vehicle runs the heat/ac doesn’t turn on and cooling or heating the vehicle doesn’t happen.. It shows it is to have a computer setting on the on board system a link to set temps, set seat heater temps and steering wheel heater level. My vehicle doesn’t have this and after checking a 2018 Chrysler Pacifica it does the exact same things as mine, no settings and no heat or a/c.. The Bobb Dodge dealership worked with me and corporate who had no suggestion on how to fix this issue. Kotie in the service dept and the mechanic check other vans and vehicals and had no answer why this issues occurred. Corporate looked into this issue with no answer why. I did get a partial refund, but still have no heat or a/c with the remote starter running. I do enjoy the staff at Bobb Dealership in Cedar Lake and do return there for service and maintenance. I do recommend this dealer to others. On the corporate side is Bill and he handled this matter as best and was greatly happy to have the help I had to resolve this issue. More
Went above and beyond other local dealers on an issue i had Had an issue with my bed lights on my 2019 ram. Lifetime warranty Car buying process was easy and went very well. Only downside was that I was not informed of the lifetime warranty that is available. Oil Change and Lighting Repair Bobb's Service Department was very helpful in correcting the problems with my vehicle. My new Jeep Big John is a awesome salesman. Never did he pressure me at all to buy. I drove my new Jeep he did the numbers and I said let me think about it which Big John is a awesome salesman. Financial was also polite and help me with payment and life warranty threw out the loan along with the gap. The whole dealership is the best I ever been to and treated like a person/customer.
