Always broken promises. I’ve been there several times within the last few months. I’m constantly being lied to. Every visit there’s always some type of issue. I will not ever recommend the service center or the dealership. Especially not after dealing with the service director acting like he was handling the issues and then lied to my face. Promises were not kept and I was treated like a complete joke. I’m scheduled to go back in two weeks once again and I wouldn’t be surprised if something goes wrong like every visit has! More

Oil change I was accommodated when I brought my car in late on Friday evening, when I called I was told they take appointments till 6:00 however when I arrived t I was accommodated when I brought my car in late on Friday evening, when I called I was told they take appointments till 6:00 however when I arrived the girl told me she remembers me calling earlier but she made a mistake, that does not hold true on Friday, they did work around the error and I had my oil changed and also told of a good saving coupon they had to offer.
