We had Justin Smith as our salesman we test drove a 2020 Ford ecosport suv. We were approved. We went back this past Saturday for a 2pm appointment. Justin stated oh yeah, the car was sold during the week...no courtesy phone call, no email or text msg. So we ended up getting our second choice 2015 kia soul. Runs great we love it. The dealership is shady as all xxxx...they don't stick to a promised..we spent 4 hrs this past Saturday with the guaranteed to be able to drive our new car. The car was in the service dept. And was. No where near ready..they detailed the car inside and out, went over the undercarriage and under the hood. Cat works perfectly However I would definitely stay away from Justin Smith he doesn't do his job properly doesn't return text messages or phone calls More

Very disappointed with this dealership, between selling a vehicle against NYS Standards and then agreeing to repair it, only to turn around and refuse when the bill comes leaving the customer high and dry. Put a $2,500 down on a Chevy Colorado "in transit" based on a quote from the dealer (James Chevrolet, Johnstown, NY), as well as the pricing on their webpage. When the truck arrived, I was informed there wo on a quote from the dealer (James Chevrolet, Johnstown, NY), as well as the pricing on their webpage. When the truck arrived, I was informed there would be a 10% surcharge above the quoted price and that the price quote I received was electronically generated and wrong, along with the price shown on the webpage. I am now getting a Ford Ranger instead for $1,000 below MSRP. I am giving two stars simply because in the end James Chevrolet did me a favor. More
