They could sell ice to an Eskimo. SUCH A HOAX! I cringe at EVERY radio advertisement that I have to hear James Provenzano and his broken promises. All just to lure you in to get your money whether it be in at EVERY radio advertisement that I have to hear James Provenzano and his broken promises. All just to lure you in to get your money whether it be in the lemon they sell or the repeat visits to the service department for them to not fix what you ask or they say they are going to do, OR for it to be returned with an issue it didn’t have prior to leaving it with them. I even wrote the regional and district management a three page letter detailed with our horrific experience...Their response...They can only have concern for GM Certified vehicles and that being ours was a Nissan, James has free range with no penalties...REALLY?? I was told General Motors would call to follow-up as protocol, as well as the sales manager for Eagle Chevrolet. That was in May of 2011. No further contact has been made…again...broken promises. I was warned to stay away and I didn't listen. We ended up putting in another $1,500 into a truck that we were promised if our mechanic found any issues, Eagle Service Dept. would take care of it. SO NOT THE CASE. Then, we got it put in our face that we didn't purchase the Eagle Advantage. WE WERE TOLD ALL NECESSARY REPAIRS WOULD BE TAKEN CARE OF WITHIN 90 DAYS. Five trips, an hour from our home, we still lost our shirts on the vehicle. More

The staff at Eagle has always been the best. Everyone is always very friendly and they try to help you in any way they can.
