I made an offer on the car while it was at the Kia Dealership and was turned down - made the same offer to the Mazda shop and now I am driving a new car. Jody Haskins, the Internet Manager was perfect in my purchase. He was knowledgeable, friendly, professional and treated my wife and I with the greatest respect. My day went from average to horrible to great! I woke up knowing I needed a new car. I have been needing one for a while and I happened to be off work (or thought I was). After opening yesterdays I woke up knowing I needed a new car. I have been needing one for a while and I happened to be off work (or thought I was). After opening yesterdays mail, I saw a flyer from Jake Sweeney Mazda. I called the number, got an appointment for an hour later that same day and my fiance and I took off to the dealership. We met with Steve Beisel whose friendly and frank conversation made it feel like he was a neighbor, not a car salesman. He asked a few questions, found out my budget and disappeared for a couple of minutes. Once he returned to his office, he had a few options for me to look at and I immediately found the car I wanted. Now the hard part, keeping the payments in my budget. HE DID IT!!! The entire team at Jake Sweeney treated us with respect and kindness, I even drove away with more insurance coverage than I thought I could afford thanks to the hard work of the finance guru Troy Lands!
