They were deceitful and added a bogus $2,000 paint protectant warranty without my consent then completely slipped over it when they were explaining the documents. I brought my own pre approved car loan in and they said the bank offered different terms when they tried it, even though they are an approved dealership. I feel completely scammed. More
The worst experience ever,keep my car for over 30 days and got no Updates to explain anything. I had a 9 am appointment for routine service of an oil change, filter and 5-tire rotation. 3 hours later it was completed. This is unacceptable especially when an appointment was made. I checked the prog change, filter and 5-tire rotation. 3 hours later it was completed. This is unacceptable especially when an appointment was made. I checked the progress at 2 hours and told it was complete and just waiting for the Jeep to be brought forward. 10 to 15 minutes later the service advisor tells me the technician was just now putting the oil in. The only positive from this experience is the work was done correctly. More
