I had bought a 2019 chevrolet malibu last year with only 5 miles on it. A year and two months later I had to have service on my car because I was driving down a hill and my brakes went out on me. So I called jake sweney and told them and they had my car towed there. They give me a rental car and ld me my car was still warranty and they would it. So I was happy with that. The next day they called and told me my oil was sluggished and they asked me where I was getting oil changes and I told them they did my last oil change and before that i had 3 othere oil from my licensed mecanic and he has on private shop. I had to send documention that I was getting oil changes and I had to have my mecanic call up to jake sweeney verify documentation. They told me they was not going to honor my warranty because they didnt believe my mecanic wasn't using the right oil and he was using 5w-30 full sythentic. That is when I had call general motors and they to investigate the situation. I only had 17,571 miles on my car. I had have my towed somewhere else and get fixed. Then they told me my rar would be free and since they didn't honor the warranty i had to pay 200 dollars eventhough I had paper that they give me stating it be free rental. They said it wasn't because of the warranty. In my opinion I wouldn't another car from them and I would recommend anyone to get there car fixed from htem. It was a very stressful situation and I had to miss a couple days from work. Customer service horrible and ruse and nasty. They also told me that was my engine was bad and I would need another engine. How could i need a new engine if i only had 17,500 miles on my car. More
Don’t waste your time going on line to schedule service appt. “it’s first come first serve”. Why have an online scheduler if your appt means nothing. Your follow up response makes me laugh...I hate to write bad reviews but you guys really shouldn't push through contracts on holiday weekend. Then you write to say it should be a great experience..and to contact you..you wouldn't call back. You know the number and don't people deserve to have correct paperwork. When buying a new car... I was gonna refer my son..nope no more..don't trust your staff. What a shame. The only decent employee is Darrin Aden. More
This company sold me three cars. This time they put a wrong contract information. I went to talk to them the finance guy yelled at me and walked away. After getting a new finance guy to talk to us and he promised he call back to verify..he didn't..left message for supervisor he didn't call..I finally found out it was Capital One not GM Financial who they said I was financed by. So they didn't call back or bother..but it was their fault. If you buy a car go to Darin Aden who knows his stuff...I didn't buy a car from him this time...I wish I would have...he's the only one in that place who is smart, kind and does take care of customers...I give there people a F More

Service is trouble had a leak on cab of my truck around light on the back. Noticed after I brought the truck and it rained. Service fixed the leak and now it’s leaking again. Horrible experience. Wish we could review it with no stars. Bought a car on January 3 with a certified cashiers check. A month later, the , temporary tag provided has fallen off. Went to DMV but we can't get it titled without the title. Called February 3 to inquire why we havent received title. We were told it was mailed out January 31. Today is February 6, still no title. Called back and was told it wasn't mailed until maybe February 3. So, I bought a car I can't legally drive because they are doing something shady with the title. More

I'm waiting at the service department right now to get fixed the engine check light problem of the 2016 model pre-owned Mazda 6 I bought from this dealer only 3 weeks ago. Before sales: During negotiations they offered a price for cash only and told me they need max an hour to check what they can offer for leasing the car. I said OK, I would like to hear the leasing option but if not I can buy it with cash. It was a Saturday afternoon and I was tired of using rent so I guess they caught my situation and used it against me by bumping the price half grand at the last minute, leaving me no other option, telling leasing offers will be ready only on Monday earliest. I bought the car anyway, considering this extra 500 not wasted since this is a brand-backed car. But turns out, the bumped up prices at this dealership has no substantiation! Don't be fooled by fancy showroom lights and their representatives: Week 1, steering wheel paint/coating started to peel off. I was quite disappointed with that but didn't make a big deal out of it. Week 2, my engine check light came on. It's only been 250 miles at this point I drove the car and everyone knows that such errors can be masked by clearing it in the system. But it eventually comes back again. This is obviously what happened with this car! I had bought the car as is but they ve told, this car has no problems as it was inspected by them and routine maintenance has just been made. After check light I decided to inspect the car myself. And I realized the engine coolant level is much below min level! Anyway I topped it knowing this can't be the main reason for the light. But still it tells enough about how they perform a maintenence. Wish my bad experience had finished at this point but it didn't: I called them and told my situation, expecting at least a good after sales experience to make up for the bad experience I had before sales. My sales representative was quite helpful with a respectful and attentive tone of voice, he asked me to schedule an appointment at their service department saying that it should be a simple issue that can be solved quite quickly by them. I was able to get permission of the work Friday afternoon and went there. Services told me that they can not check it as it's a Mazda and therefore I should go to Jake Sweeney Mazda service. So I called back the sales representative asking if it's still OK, that I'm going to Mazda. Getting confirmation I brought the car here and after getting diagnosed I had to give the dealer a last call to get the bill covered. However I'm now told in a completely changed tone of voice and full of disrespect that I'm on my own. It's like a joke but this guy simply dragged me all the way from getting off from work early to go to their service and then to Mazda service, make me wait here for 1 hour to tell that "I'm on my own". I'm so angry and disappointed and also amazed to see that I already wrote this very negative and long comment on a company. I never did this before but here it is, this is off limits even for a generally calm and relaxed person ! I'm not making up any of this story and can prove with call records if asked for proof. Simply stay away! More
