Tim Bowman, my salesman, did everything possible to make my experience smooth and easy. I felt very comfortable with Tim and the rest of the staff as I told them what I was looking for and and what I could afford financially. I ended trading in my car for an 2018 Cruze but Tim didn’t stop helping me there he also helped my fiancé get into a 2018 Equinox. 2 new cars in 1 day that fit in our budget!Wow! Thanks Tim. Life Changing is all I can say about my experience with Tim and Jake Sweeney Chevrolet. I was driving a vehicle that was 15 years old and had 195k miles on it. I would literally hope and pray it would start every time I would go to start it. Due to a few life events, I found myself in a deep financial hole with negative equity in that vehicle. I came in contact with Tim through a mutual friend. Tim sent me a text msg and really listened to my situation and my needs. The next day I came into the dealership to meet with Tim. I was extremely skeptical that Tim and the team at Jake Sweeney would even work with me and my situation. Once again, Tim listened to me and understood my situation. After filling out a few items and plugging some numbers, I heard words that no dealer has ever said to me, “do you know what type of vehicle you wanted today?” When I heard those words, I was taken back. I thought to myself “there is no way they got me approved!” Long story short, not only did they get me approved and in the best possible situation to get my finances back on track. They put me in an amazing 2018 Chevrolet Cruz. Never in a million years did I think I would be driving a brand new car. After so many dealerships said “No”, Tim and Jake Sweeney Chevrolet said “Yes!” When I say “life changing” I truly mean it. The stresses of car trouble can really wear on you. Not knowing if your car will start or break down while you’re taking your child to baseball practice. I no longer have that stress or worry.
